MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
● Assisting local sales team with technical support to achieve sales targets
● Leadership of Innovation projects , conducts and coordinates the market introduction of new products and product groups
● Prepares samples, compounds material, processes and test samples to verify conformity to specifications;
● Performs routine maintenance of equipment
● Determines causes of errors by troubleshooting;
● Records & analyzes laboratory data
● Effectively manages time and meet deadlines
● Improves job knowledge by attending training and keeping relevant knowledge and skills current
● Follows all quality system and safety protocols by safely operating equipment, wearing proper protective equipment (PPE), completing safety training, keeping work areas clean and organized,
and contributing to established safety goals
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
● Minimum degree education in chemistry, material science, polymers or related discipline
● Ideally good knowledge of plastic materials, additives and processing
● Experience working with customers
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
● Team player but also independent, solution-oriented work style
● Ability to adjust to ever-changing priorities;
● Problem-solving skills
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in laboratory or manufacturing/production
